Despite inspiring efforts and substantial progress in minimizing gender-bias, women lawyers continue to encounter distinctive issues not faced by male attorneys. Our distinguished panelists will discuss their career experiences and the challenges they have faced in developing themselves as leading women in the field of international law. They will also provide advice to help the next generation of women lawyers balance the unique professional and personal demands present in the international legal arena.
